Q. I’m new to KeepingScoreOnline.com, where should I begin?

A. A great place to start is the ‘Features’ section. This gives you an insight into the multitude of features we offer you as a member.

Q. I no longer use the email address I first registered with, can I change my 'username' email address?

A. When you login to your member homepage, under your profile image there is a link named 'Edit Membership Details'. You can update your username email address here. You can also change your password and your selected sports in this section.

Q. I am involved in more than 3 sports, is there any way I can have access to more sports?

A. You are only able to have 3 sports active at any one time, however, you can change what sports are active and select different sports at any time you like. In the 'Edit Membership Details' (located under your profile image) you can uncheck any one of your selected sports and change this to a different sport.

Q. There are statistics I am not able to keep track of, do I have to fill in everything?

A. The short answer is no! The statistics are there for people to take advantage of, if they are able to. Depending on your sport, some of the information you will not be able to record unless someone is recording it on your behalf.

Q. I selected to be a 'Public Member' but I am not able to find myself when I do a search, is there any reason why this would be?

A. All members who select to be public should be able to be searched, the only time this will not be possible is if you are under the age of 16. For child protection reasons KeepingScoreOnline.com consciously decided to restrict members under the age of 16 to be able to be viewed as public members.

Q. Why, when I search my friends KSO page, I can not see what events they have coming up, even though they say they have entered this information?

A. For the protection of our members KeepingScoreOnline.com decided only past dates should be able to be viewed by those searching public members. We want all our members to feel they can include as much information as they desire in advance without having to be concerned with people knowing their whereabouts on any given day.

Q. I can't seem to view any information when I search a member?

A. To view a members information in any detail you must first be a member yourself, and when you search you need to log in first and then do your search.

Q. How do I return to my Member Homepage?

A. Regardless of what feature you are in, when you are logged in all you need to do is click on the 'Home' link on the far left of the top menu links and this will take you back to your member homepage.
